ATHLETE OF THE MONTH – APRIL!
This month we would like to highlight Barbi Gomez. Barbi started last June at CrossFit Soul during one of our group on-ramp classes. Since then she has dedicated most of her days to coming in to train whenever she can. Working on skills like double unders, pull ups, and handstand push ups, Barbi has gotten the attention of the coaches as having big potential for our competition team women during next years Open.
She has also excelled with her weightlifting, focusing on pushing herself to increase her numbers on most lifts, and coming in on Olympic Weightlifting days to work her technique. All of this has helped her to become one of the best in a very short period of time. Congrats on being our Athlete of the Month, Barbi!
