    Skill/Weightlifting: Power Snatch
    Beginners-Intermediate, Technique work with coach
    Advanced, 5×3 @ 80% of your double from last week

    Conditioning:
    Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
    1 Power Snatch (75% of 1RM)
    10 Burpees Over the Barbell

    Accessory:
    Beginners-Int, Row 200m x 3 w/ equal rest and partner leg raises 3×10
    Advanced, Row 200m x 3 w/ equal rest and strict toes to bar 3×10
