Tuesday Stretch Class Starts Tomorrow!
CrossFit Soul will be starting a recovery/stretch class every Tuesday at 6pm!! The class will only be 30 min long and will focus on mid-week recovery, shoulder, and hip mobility, and releasing shoulders quads and lower back.
This is offered for FREE for current members in addition to the yoga class on Saturday at 10am. Mobility and Recovery is VERY important to continue to improve your CrossFit training! Take advantage guys! Class starts tomorrow at 6pm! BE THERE!!
