    Advanced; 2×2@80%, 2×2@85%, 3×1@90% SAME AS LAST WEEK!
    Beginners-Intermediate; Power Snatch, Technique work with coach

    Conditioning;
    800m Run x 5 w/ equal rest

    ADVANCED :
    “flight simulator”
    5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50 and back down
    double unders
    must be unbroken sets
    must rest between sets

    Mobility/Stretch:
    Hold for 15sec each: hamstring stretch laying down (on back/pull thigh to chest) & roll ankle around 5x in each direction on each side, twists laying down on each side, ab stretch laying down (face down on the floor and pressing up with arms & looking back)
