Ready to join? The first step is setting an appointment to come by and see the facility! You can reach us using the following number:
Or just stop in! We are here every day from as early as 6am to 9pm. Once we can sit down with you, we will go over our many programs and options to choose from and find a membership plan that best fits your needs and lifestyle.
Your first CrossFit or At the Park class is FREE!! Our coaches can set up a FREE personal session with you at any day or time! Park Classes are every Monday – Friday at 6&7pm, and Tuesday/Thursday at 6am. Please see our program tab on the website for a full schedule of each of our three park locations!
The second step would be to schedule your CrossFit On-ramp course. This course will acquaint you with the CrossFit program and Olympic weightlifting movements. Once you are through with this course, you should feel confident to enter CrossFit classes with sound knowledge of movement and gym policies. Our coaches are available for appointments to start personal on-ramp sessions any time of day to fit your schedule.
CrossFit Soul at the Park?
Just come in! We offer park classes every Monday-Friday at 6&7pm or Tuesday/Thursday at 6am. There is no beginner course necessary to these classes. Prices are offered per day or per month depending on your needs. Just be sure you arrive 15 minutes prior to class so we can fill out your waiver and paperwork. We now have three boot camp locations, A.D Barnes Park off of Bird Rd and 72nd Ave. Evelyn Greer Park off 124th and US1, and Lakes by the Bay off 216th and 85th Ave.
Wellness Program or Personal Training?
We can start any time! Once you meet with a coach we will create a package for you based on your schedule and budget.
Nutrition consulting, Body Fat testing, Yoga, and Olympic Weightlifting are open to the public and available by request. Please see our schedule tab for more information regarding class times and specialty classes.
