Overview:

Team Soul Bootcamp

    is for clients at any fitness level that are looking to burn fat, gain muscle, feel healthier, and increase cardiovascular performance. Styles of training include but are not limited to kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight and endurance movements and more. We ensure everyone gets a great workout while having fun and keeping clients safe.  Coaches provide focused attention to all clients to make the experience more individualized.

Class Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday: 6am & 5:30pm
  • Saturday at 10AM
