Soul at the Park is a strength & conditioning program developed by and exclusive for Soul Wellness. Our program is a month to month commitment, encouraging hard work and bringing great rewards. Every day you will participate in challenging group workouts. It is our belief that a combination of various training methods is the best path to overall fitness. We have combined CrossFit methods, traditional strength & conditioning techniques, endurance training, sports drills and group camaraderie to form the premiere outdoor fitness program for any committed individual- regardless of fitness level.
Why Soul at the Park? We place great attention to detail and focus on proper movement. As a result, we limit the size of our groups to keep them very manageable. This allows our coaches to give the attention, instruction and motivation that you deserve and would expect.
What else sets you apart? Every single day is a new challenge, a different workout. We keep you motivated and having fun during the entire workout. We will turn fitness into something you actually enjoy. The hour you spend with us is your time to have fun, take care of yourself and get a good sweat on!
Our Coaches: All of our trainers are CrossFit Level I certified or certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches. We also have experience in the fields of Endurance, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics and Nutrition. What does this mean for you? This means our program is incredibly well rounded, guaranteeing the best possible results.
It is a well-known fact that you cannot out train a poor diet. Whether your goal is to just get off fast food or if you are looking to learn how to fuel your body for optimal athletic performance, we provide nutritional guidance and accountability as part of our service. At the end of the day, it’s all about feeling great, looking great, and living a long healthy life. We will not let you fail!
