Yoga is an important part of any fitness program because it helps to increase flexibility, strengthen core stability, and assists with recovery (among many other benefits). As a CrossFitter adding yoga to your regular training schedule can not only help you to improve your lifts, opening up your shoulders, releasing tension in your hamstrings and quads, and improving balance, but it will also help to decrease your muscle soreness and tightness following a hard week of workouts. Stretching and recovery are just as important as your training!!!
Most of our membership options include FREE yoga classes, but you can also drop-in for only $15 a class. At the moment yoga is offered during the following days:
Saturday Morning – 10:00AM at CrossFit Soul
Wednesday Afternoon – 5PM at A.D. Barnes Park
Please call ahead if you are not a current member and plan to drop in! Drop ins are $15.
