This is the programming that WE use day-to-day, week-to-week, at Soul and abroad. With this collective set of programs we successfully train a diverse set of clients from all walks of life, all skill levels, from the beginner to the advanced. Each program is designed specifically for different goals including general fitness and competition. Team Soul Total Access gives you our programs plus direct communication with Soul’s administrative and coaching staff in an open forum with other members.
